Wei, old man. He already said put history aside, move on.

As mentioned somewhere above, most come from Malaysia and most Malaysian and Singaporean Chinese want to have NOTHING to do with COMMUNIST CHINA.
All of us are doing decently here rather than going back there.

Looks like big push to make Sinkieland as anti-China.

Why is asking China to be friends with Japan = anti-China?

This is not just siding one side.

We should be neutral. However, if it is issue regarding North Malaysia Seas...we need to get help from Uncle Sam

Malaysia should protect our territories and waters. US will not help us just as much as Ukraine.

But that bodo above quote me and changed topic from OP claiming Myanmar and Cambodia support CCP

This is going to be sounding weird.

Last time during Great Grand Ma's time. Malaysian Chinese - was sending money, Food(including salted pork in Tin boxes) and even bicycles from Malaysia to China's relatives.

It is not about supporting CCP or what not.... it is our blood relatives back in China that were starving during those "famines" and communist era coming out of the WWII.

However, now that we are in the 3rd or 4th generation of migrants out of China, and already fully born and bred in Malaysia.... how to hate CCP? Other than hearing the injustice that CCP's upper echelon that killed Yu Meng Long? Or the XinJiang or all those Autonomous region in China that is not fully under China rule, but need to toe the line to avoid being executed?

Our main issue, is still the resources in North Malaysian Sea, which is a shared resources of the surrounding countries not just one country.

In regards to Japan, killing our ancestor during WWII, no doubt in Uncle's mind, it is very very terrible. It is also terrible that Japan refuses to openly admit all the atrocities, apologise and have education to prevent war atrocities from being forgotten and have history repeated. **do like Germany.

Than again like we knew, Japan got Atomic bomb twice, and American continues to install their supreme Emperor as the puppet after the war to "enslave" Japan. As a slave, they did exceedingly well and powered Americans thru very nice 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s. They were also able to cast aside all needs for military spending and truly improved their economy to 1st world.

As for entertainment, not many would be choosy, whether Jackie Chan, Ultraman, or Ghost in the shell, or Iron man, or Black Panther or Wonderwomen comes from where. (we may have short term boycotts... but after a while... all goes back to normal)

Hence, we are now gravitating towards a more Neutral stance. Either side, as long as they do follow the common rules of engagement.

China have been building more and more islands as a means to station 1. civilians. 2. coast guards. 3. ports to support the harvesting of resources in the North Malaysian Seas. 4. Military installation??? --- if you watch or travel thru China, you will see, they are no longer impoverish country. The amount of food resources they have now, guess where it comes from??? alot is from North Malaysian seas and even further.

China has not really changed their ways. Becos the core thinking is still the same fundamentally. During Covid just few years ago, they locked people into tiny box jails with only a small hole as window...

You think their thinking or "spirit" has changed? dry.gif

One word... DISAPPOINTED. Not because he is against China but he is with Jepunis Overlord stirring things up under US orders. Just keep quiet / no comment would have been better.

same with the arab countries
they have long diversify their oil money into the USA and tourism instead of just relying on oil money

the boxing, MMA, wrestling are mostly owned by arabs
