I just win bidding a condo unit. in Penang.
its a LACA case via agency company.
Is it better to borrow loan or Cash?. will it trigger tax investigation?
another thing, what i don't like of the agency co. is she forced me fo buy insurance ,CTOS report and charge here and there. And insist her lawyer based in KL will do.the case very fast. should i give her the case or i.do everything myself? ( i m newbie)

( i m newbie) For additional charges, you should have ask all these upfront when engaging the agency. Usually for lelong cases, there are some unknown costs that might be associated with the property unless you have done all your due diligence (including trying to get rid of any existing occupants, if any!). If you are cash rich, go ahead and pay cash but be prepared to pay extra for all these unknowns.

By all mean cash if source can be prove upon in case call out by LHDN, there is associated cost on auction case but the agency should have made known upfront. Option always on you to determine and no way agency can force upon you.
