I become the first and last to claim the “dedication incentive” (no mc, no emergency leave in a year). The mgmt probably copy other company’s HR guide book without actual intend to ever pay such incentive. Took them a few months and multiple demand before they paid the incentive, really cheapskate company.

in my prev job, I was too stressful with the future of the company and the 200km daily travel that I need to go to work from Seremban to Subang.

So whenever I felt that no mood to go to work, I just go clinic n claim got tummy pain to get a mc. this tummy pain was supported with the colon operation that I had 1-2 years priors.

No, cuz i have too many leave to burn, every year also burn 10 to 20 days.

So waste. There are times I purposely took some leave just to rest at home doing nothing or doing deep cleaning.

I guess the nature of logistics and storage area is like many uncertainty and pop up events, then we need to respond, and get replacement leave etc. Sometimes i apply for clear leave and lepak also but it is the need to respond makes it like even if you have leave or actually on leave, something comes up still need to attend like that.
