All construction site must have this right









KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): Inta Bina Group Bhd (KL:INTA) has won a RM66.52 million contract to build 154 houses in a gated and guarded project in Hulu Langat, Selangor for Eco Majestic Development Sdn Bhd.

The development will have


two phases and include



two-storey semi-detached, semi-detached and two-storey terrace houses.


The job was awarded to its wholly owned unit, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, the construction firm said in an exchange filing on Monday.

The contract is to span 20 months, effective Sept 22, with completion targeted for May 21, 2027.


Inta Bina said the contract is to positively contribute to its earnings. Funds required for the contract are to be internally generated funds and/or external borrowings, the company added.

Shares in Inta Bina ended half a sen or 1.19% lower at 41.5 sen, valuing the company at RM254.26 million.

Its a private project. why jkr need to be involved.

If you say CIDB or JKKP yes they will have info to some extent

why not call to sime darby? :X

Should search majlis perbandaran website better?

Usually below that will have project's reference no., then you should be able to use that to ask for info at the respective city council.

If don't have just snap picture, note down location and ask them straight? Should be illegal to not put up all those info on construction board notice outside the construction site,
but that project looks like infrastructure works so I dunno if it applies.

What I know is even you modify your house to double storey or 3 storey, you also need to show this board
