American's drug problem is their own doing. There's too much profit in the drug trade for their corporations to ignore, fuck the common people.
They prescribe the highest amount or drugs per capita, spend the most in the world on prescription drugs (that includes Fentanyl), their own Sacker family which abused this system got a slap of the wrist.
Before Fentanyl, it was cocaine, which they also blamed on others. Can't fix their own slutty wife, goes around berating all the men in the village for screwing her, that's America.
