We are seeking a skilled ETL IBM DataStage Developer to join our team.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support enterprise data integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (core banking systems, CRM, third-party APIs).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all ETL pipelines.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
- Support data warehouse and big data initiatives within AmBank.
- Document ETL processes, standards, and best practices.
- Provide production support and resolve data-related issues promptly.

Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and relational databases (NPS, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
Proficiency in SQL scripting, Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and debugging ETL jobs.
Familiarity with banking/financial services data is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
