when we hard corner ah.. doesnt it actually make the screw loose n the hole bigger??

nono i m refering to the one u screw on the chassis.. not the ones on the "door there"

tat wan is okay.. cos its screw ontop of the door.. wat i mean the one towards the engine bay there..

since the 4 screws on the door panel there ARE so tight n secure where by the ones on the engine chassis isnt.. since its bolt on..

during hard corners.. the door panels can be supported but wat about the ones on the chassis.. since it wasnt meant to be there..
tats y i was thinking to weld it on sweat.gif

someone here weld the fender bar too right?

well.. is not like after installing , u gonna take it out n sell again right?

since the only thing it does is stabilise n help improve corners.. u duwan to remove it after u install..

might as well.. stabilise the chassis more by welding it..

i thought someone else here alreayd weld it?? issit fstrader?

y i m quite "worried" is becus.. ok.. try tis at home.. u find something like a rack, which ORI screws.. u open it.. n put something on top of it.. screw it back.. n start pulling n shaking it.. it will stay as it is.. cost the ori fitting is tight n secure..

now.. try on a piece of wood.. drill into it.. n put a screw.. start pulling n pushing .. n see wat happens to the wood..

soon, u will see the hole which fits the screw nicely.. will loosen n get bigger..

tats y i opt to weld it sweat.gif

on neo chassis like neo,
not much but slightly improvement, depending on how u enter the corner..
on a iswara, definite needed
tongue.gif
on an EK, actually no need,
but thru all those years, with owners whacking the car at corners,
the chassis has soften a bit
( try bending metal bar back & forth a few times, u get the picture )
thats why seasoned cars with bars also need these bars,
flex.gif

but the best solution is still to seamweld the chassis
hahahaha~
