Actually same one.. both Taiwan and Japan also got light weight rim, but one is from Japan which is more expensive and quality better, and another one is from Taiwan which is cheaper and quality not as good as Japan rim.

2nd one CE28 , the cheapest i can find for 17" also RM4000+
