Workmanship :-
1) My front passenger door's mould came out. Went to COE to fix. Took bloody 3 1/2 hours to stick a small double sided tape (normal type) and to adjust the front bumper gap as there are some gap in between my front bumper and fender. For A&W's sake, take out the damn front bumper and reattach it again, but no, they decided to knock here and there just to close less than 1mm gap

. There was around 5mm gap between my front bumper and fender on my passenger side.
2) The damn mould came out within the same day. Went back to COE couple of days later. This time, took bloody 6 hours just to take out the mould, put a new double sided tape (thicker type) and reattached to my door. And again, late for my work + mould came out the next day

. Also, they used knife to cut the double sided tape and used my side skirt as place for them to cut. Plenty of knife scratches on my side skirt. I didnt notice that as they washed my car right after they've done the job.
Edit :-
Oh, forgot to mention that they spoilt my door's mould. Although it's not an expensive stuff, but I do expect good workmanship from so called "Centre of Excellence" KNS.. there are 3 holes on the door to accomodate with the 3 points from the mould. One of the point broken. Not to mention, plenty of paints chipped off due to hard rubbing by screwdrivers
In the end, went to M1adam place and fixed it. You can ask M1adam for information as he was there too while taking out the mould and to fix it back again with 3M double sided tape. Also, I have pictures of the paints chipped off due to hard rubbings by COE's technician who handled my car at that moment!
Commitments :-
1) In my case number (2), they have done with the job earlier than 6 hours actually. However, the workers went for YAM CHA right after that. KNS! more than 1 hour somemore. Came back from YAM CHA and one the way to workshop, I talked to the technician and he told me the car is ready. He took the car key and drove the car out for me. Bloody 6 hours wasted there!
Also, I have noticed that some of the workers there treat their workshop roads as drag track. KNS!
