Govt jabatan bomba under KDN yes need gov to gov permission enter Thai, the Bomba Sukarela more linean. but I guess PMX want to conserve it to help the local flood victims in the northen states instead helping 4k Malaysian in Hatyai. which is make sense.

Thai authority/army lack of manpower in the south, since many of their soliders now stationed around Cambodian border.

I guess saving faces is more importanter than helping their own people.

One news stated civilian volunteers from Phuke, Krabi organizing their own rescue effort to help Songkhla province.
