Haiya aged Toyota car notorious of Kluk Kluk undercarriage noise, many years ago family bought old Altis 1.8 ZZE122 I think, replaced lower arm, steering rack end, 4 pcs absorbers and absorber mounting, absorber links, anti roll bar bushes etc, still Kluk Kluk after 1-2 weeks, every time seek workshop repair something the noise will disappeared for a while which we thought finally it's fixed, but just false hope
Even that power steering rack (hydraulic type) mounting we also let the workshop dismantled and sent to machine shop replaces the bushes

QUOTE(PowerGadget @ Nov 24 2025, 10:11 PM) I feel you bro. My proton x70 2025 experience almost similar to you. I go to SC almost every single week since I bought the car but only more problems pop out instead of solving the existing problems. Second hand car dealer only offer me 60-70k after one year. Trying hard to let go the car as it give too much of problems Haiya isn't the recent new BMW 3 series also got the infamous Kluk Kluk undercarriage noise also. Biasa mar modern day build quality defects
