The thing is, should all the kids be there? Or just the IC number and name is enough? Kindly advice, TQ

Hi folks, i like to ask if a landed property is under mothers name, and she wants to change it to her kids before its too late due to age, is it hard to do so? Any cheapest and fastest way to do it? Is it better to do it in land office itself or through a lawyer?

It’s best to transfer the property when one still around, also best to only 1 name moving forward to avoid challenges down the road shall the property going to be sold etc. Lawyer will be best to approach for this
