GEOHAN’S NINE-MONTH ADJUSTED PAT REACHES
RM14.71 MILLION, 89.31% OF 2024’S FULL YEAR PERFORMANCE

KUALA LUMPUR, 2 DECEMBER 2025 – Geohan Corporation Berhad ("Geohan" or the "Company"), an
established foundation and geotechnical specialist, announced its third quarter results for the financial
year ending 31 December 2025 (“Q3FYE2025”), ahead of its 5 December 2025 listing on the Main
Market.

For the quarter under review, Geohan recorded a revenue of RM91.17 million. Its foundation and
geotechnical services segment remained as the main revenue contributor, having accounted for 93.54%
of Q3FYE2025’s revenue, while the remaining 6.46% was from other related services. This brings the
profit before tax (“PBT”) to RM3.90 million and profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM2.65 million. On an adjusted
basis, after excluding the one-off listing expenses of RM1.14 million, the Q3FYE2025’s adjusted PBT and
PAT were RM5.04 million and RM3.79 million, respectively.

Don't blame the FV....FV is fine based on finance text book / fundermental

blame the IPO company itself....

they are the one who set the opening price & this IPO game....

they choose to be " thick face " when the chairman knockking the IPO Gong-start trading

Meaning less - clapping / cheers when opening IPO @RED in front of Bursa Official ,,guests & life streaming.
