some ppl still don't believe parents are at fault

let me give you a real-life example

A teacher scolded a student for not paying in attention in class. This is not even caning.

Student went home and bluffed to parent that his teacher bullied him in class.

The father came to the admin/principal's office demanded an answer why the teacher bullied his child.

The father demanded that the teacher is removed.

Because of this incident, the teacher was subjected to some internal inquiry and after investigation, it is found that the student was not paying attention. And of course, no action was taken against the teacher since the teacher is not at fault.

When the father found out that no action was taken against the teacher, the father was still dissatisfied and was still making noises in the administration office.
