lets see how the court conclude first.

sorry if i am too sensitive since i am involved with prosecution stuff sometimes.

it is not bearable if related party keep giving personal comment before stuff conclude.

it change the general perception of the case.

marehsia has been quite lax in terms of enforcing legal responsibility of family

if kids play lajak, family also krik krik plus can appeal some more for charges against the driver...

i'd say in certain countries they already pray hard they dont kena anything, lagi mau appeal

even driver dun dare to sue the parents of the lajak for ruining her life....

It is not about Type C or Type R or Type M and what not.
Why must everything be equated with and linked to race ?

What the mother stated was correct and spot on. The criminal's parents need to shoulder their share of responsibility as well.
Her post was rational and spot on !

actually this is actually very explainable, and it comes from different cultural foundations.

but now people report me as racists, i think people just wouldnt accept that the anthropology, sociology, and cross-cultural psychology all support this pattern.

So if the judge concluded there is no legal responsibility of the parents, how?

The mother will quietly acknowledge it?

Will you acknowledge it, if you are typical type c?

I get the gist of what youre saying

If she asking that the family pay their pound of flesh on behalf of their child legally yeah slippery slope like you say

But if its a general hey parents, no kid turn out like zombiefied killers overnight. keep tabs on them. Yeah i think as a general wake up everyone and watch your kids i think its fine

depends on what she actually wants, from the post more leaning towards the latter
