my personal oppinion, not towards people, but towards OKU facilities like OKU seats in MRT, lift in MRT, is fair game for every1 use, with the condition when some1 in need of that seat/lift, ie, an OKU com in, u should always prioritized & gav up your space for the OKU.
otherwise facility & seats is just gonna be wasted sotting idle.

not OKU parking though, as u nvr know when a genuine OKU car will roll around.
fair game though if u're just waiting for people while in your car, & ready to giv way when needed too.
this is way better than cibai double parkers who block the traffic flow even though just waiting for people.

yes, not even necessary blocking OKU parking only.
sometimes i see those people, ie; waiting for tapau, clearly hav empty parkings, just park in & wait la.
but instead, block the parking & wait.
