There are so many units available at subsale with comparable facilities within same viciinity and selling 30% cheaper. You buy from primary market in Sentul you are losing equity from day one.

My suggestion if you do not have cash for downpayment, hold your purchase for 1 or 2 years and focus on subsale. The property market will not boom anyway in near future.

I am referring to similar or equivalent product. Anyway, there's always waterfishes who are not bother to do some little homeworks.
