I think double transfer issue is only money issue

I think the chargee bank will allow extension of time for double transfer for LACA

at least last time my bank practice in such way. ultimately we just want the transaction went smoothly and close file.

his issue is money?

normally, LACA case no caveat,right?

is double transfer necessary? can not direct transfer?

if under master title, cannot put caveat

when title is ready to perfect, its up to developer whether they agree to direct transfer or not...
