Foreign phone using foreign SIM with roaming, can browse LYN or other sites from around the world.
Foreign phone can connects to local WiFi but no internet service. Foreign PC can connects local WiFi. Can connect to the Internet with/without VPN. Reporting from Inner Mongolia. |
