Hi all,

As per the title, can someone recommend to me good automatic litter box models that can be bought either physically or online via Shopee/Lazada?

My criteria are as follows:

• cleans by sideways rather than vertical rotation - I heard about cats being killed by malfunctioning boxes crushing their necks and bodies.
• my cats don't like to bury their poop, if this makes a difference.
• have a Malaysian service center for repairs - it will be expensive, so if there's an issue I want to be able to repair it
• no leaks - obviously, I don't want it to leak when used
• not too loud when operating - I don't want to scare my cats
• doesn't use proprietary litter and/or plastic bags

Please feel free to also share your experiences on using automatic litter boxes; I'm always eager to learn more. Thank you!
