Sold for 0.425, which is enough for a curry fish head dinner.

Majority investor in Malaysia don’t know how to calculate valuation. Follow hype only. Like online casino.

No moat the business and too reliant on the influencer themselves.

Hence none of these type of company survive long. Look at buzzfeed, vice media, faze clan etc. All can’t hold on to their audience and in the end sky high valuation became a pump and dump value destroyer for their investors.

IMHO, this is not a company I would bet my savings. The company relies on third-party platform e.g. FB, IG, TT etc.. In other words, not on a platform they have a control over. Kena nuked / or unfavorable algorithm once & they are done for. & whatever are 'reviews' if they are paid ones?

No competitive advantage, barriers to entry..anyone can review foods and post videos.. not sustainable for the long term..plus, no assets at all
