Hi All,

Im a newbie in PS5. Used to play mobile game like MLBB and PUBG. I saw there is sale at PlayStation website and I plan to buy one. Can you help me here please. I watched comparison video but not able to take decision at the moment. Can you help, based on your experience, which model I should buy?
PlayStation®5 Pro or PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®5 Digital Edition?

questions:
1) what tv/monitor do you plan to use? Since i use an 10-year-old LED/LCD HD (not-4K) tv, so no point to get the higher end graphics (PS5 pro)
2) when purchasing games do you plan to buy physical discs or digital? either way, you will still have to buy an additional SSD for storage coz even though you have a disc, they games will take a massive hit on storage.

If your display can fully utilize the graphics capabilities of the PS5 Pro and if you have the funds, then go for the Pro.

If you want to take advantage of the pre-owned market, a disc-drive PS5 is the better value in the long run, especially for budget-conscious gamers. You can also sell off your discs after playing.

Do be cautious of buying cheap digital versions of games online, because Sony have strict rules on how games are purchase and if they are obtained illegally, then your PSN account could be banned/suspended. Personally, I never take such risks.

You can also watch your physical blu-ray films (if you already have them) with a disc drive.

Also be prepared that Sony will unscrupulously mark up their subscription fees every / every other year.
