The infra here already overwhelmed by traffic volume since two years ago, so this is not something new to us to stay here. ppl just keep moving in. Never see one who stay in bangi kajang and semenyih will say here got no jam

Just last week my row got two new neighbors move in from cheras. Same reason, the old house condition and environment is too bad, so decided to sacrifice the convenience and move to here, of course they know the jam, but still go ahead to move to here.

But like you said, people still choose to come because the trade-off makes sense for them: newer houses, better environment, more comfortable neighbourhoods. I also know a few who moved from Cheras and KL for the same reasons. They’re fully aware of the jam, but they prefer the overall living quality here.
