Just spotted this article from Harian Metro — apparently there’s a new development called Bandar Madani Bukit Jalil in the works, starting next year, featuring “smart homes, vertical schools, smart mobility and renewable energy tech”.

Few quick thoughts:

1. Anyone here knows where exactly the land is located? Could it be near Technology Park, or the back of Bukit Jalil City, or elsewhere?

2. Since this is quite a bold concept, who do you think will be the co-developer / builder that partners up for this? My mind goes: could it be SkyWorld (the best skyline-builder) or perhaps some other major player trying to push into Bukit Jalil.

3. If the site + partner are strong, this could become one of the next big things in the area — so something to keep an eye on.

If anyone has more concrete info (site photos, maps, land-titles, notices etc.), let's share it. The more details the better – we can decode whether this will be investment-worthy, livable, or just another headline.

I trust that this land was initially a PR1MA land. The government had already earmarked this area for affordable housing decade ago.

How would a gigantic prima development affect the immediate surrounding property price?
Definitely it will disrupt the rental market price with such huge supply, but new buyers or second hand buyers for private project - How would these project be affected?
Let's say immediate surrounding Veladaz and Vividz that is less than 150m away
