anyone got rhb premier banking here, if after open premier account a few month,maintaine less than 200k, got any penalty or not？

i go to apply ambank priority today,rm still want get my document for apply credit card, tomorrow sent to his, not sure reject or not

may i to know, if i got fd 100k in bank, my wife also got fd 100k in same bank, so may i open a priority a/c with my wife?
i means priority a/c with two names… |
