just asked about OCBC PB last week at Cheras branch.

Total disappointment, they are offering free TT between 1st and 3rd party transfer for accounts within OCBC group, but the PB RM told me 3rd party transfer is subject to approval, and must have declaration even for about RM50k to 100k.

It doesn't make to put my $$$ into the bank, and then need to seek bank's approval to use my OWN $$$.
First time I hear need to get approval for TT (for amount less than 1 mil), all these while no issue with MBB, all straight through processing.

side note, there was one leng lui CS at the normal banking, none at the PB hall

anyone with alliance bank PB know the fees if fall below the PB criteria?

I searched back and saw got people joined sometime back without opening CA with them, not sure anything has changed.
Today both RM and ABM insisted its compulsory open a CA, but PB call centre told me otherwise, now waiting ABM to get back to me
