Anyone with MBB Premier Wealth status entitled for MB VI or WMC annual fee waiver?

I have Priority Banking status with HLB but got rejected / denied to obtain its VI. HLB have VI specially for its priority members.

Anyone here with Hong Leong PB status but denied/rejected to get its VI ?
I encountered this issue.

Yes, reason being no proof of income. Fine, so i pledge FD to secure a VI. That is it says only entitled for a platinum. Fine, i tell them to proceed. Then they said , need proof of salary bank in.
Then I pledge certain sum of FD with Maybank to get Premier 2. No questions ask for salary slip or phone call. Nothing. Then it approved within a week.

From my understanding, CIMB preferred banking VI also doubles as a recgonition card for access to its privileges and services

The normal rate. ( not the promotion rate)
Heard is pledge FD not entitled for promotion rate ( not fully confirm is accurate anot )

Previously was 200k , then increased to 300k if not mistaken. Then now is 400k

If i have 400k, i rather join 2 banks' priority which requirement is 200k each

CIMB seem to have the most priority banking centres among all banks.

If not mistaken , theres is a promotion to join CIMB Preferred with only 150k for the 1st year. For 2nd year need to maintain 250k minimum to extend the membership.

But i have not sure is still available now

Minimum is 200k . HLB n RHB. Others is 250k like CIMB n Maybank

Besides that , CIMB Preferred VI doubles up as a recognition card which enables preferrred banking customers to flash to use preferred banking centres and priority lanes

RHB Premier - RM200k
Maybank PW - RM 250k
CIMB Preferred - RM 250k

HL Priority increase their requirement from 200k to 300k but their services and facilities not as attractive like RHB, Maybank and CIMB.

Example, HLB Priority VI offers only 4 free lounge access for 1st year and minimum spend requirement for following year compared to CIMB Preferred VI 4 free lounge access every year and 10 free lounge access every year for RHB Premier.

Moreover there no point redemption for HLB credit cards except for HLB VI which entitled points to Enrich miles conversion

No, as in my case, nothing from HLB. Moreover, they increased requirement from 200k to 300k

Other banks which seem offered better priority features have lower requirement

HSBC Premier 200k
RHB Premier 200k
CIMB Preferred 250k
Maybank PW 250k

Better join others instead HLB Priority

No, just that Maybank Aspire renamed as Maybank Privilege

For credit cards, they are OCBC Premier Banking Vovage World Elite mastercard and UOB Privillege Banking Visa Infinite

From my understanding, as of now there is no bank in Malaysia to offer metal debit card.

Besides that HL Priority have higher AUM requirement at 300k compared to CIMB Preferred 250k, Maybank Premier Wealth 250k and RHB Premier at 200k
