CIMB, UOB and RHB priority banking is good, Relationship manager excellent service. Have a try on these three. Others bank so-so, worst is SC bank (those day is good).

I think it also depends on the branches of the bank as well. Personally I am not impressed with MBB, CIMB. Citibank is good for me. HLB neutral as of now. PBB no RM or PB service in Penang. shakehead.gif

But what irks me is the RM trying to sell UT products most of the time. shakehead.gif

Selling investment products are part of their job - to get sales. And to serve their priority customers. So if you're not so keen on their product, just reject them politely smile.gif

BTW, I only have MBB and CIMB priority services. And MBB is disappointing enough.

If you have priority banking I'm sure you'll get approved, in worst case just assign an fd against the card.

But AF is only waived if the yearly spend is reached

well if not maybe there's other banks with different offer. paying rm800 yearly fee for lounge access X 5 isn't really worhb it.

Have a look in the credit card section, much more info there.

i thought you must spend above RM80k on either VI or Reserve in order to get annual fee waived? I couldn't find it saying that if reserve need spend RM100k combined.
