what tile and grout sealant can you recommend for home users?

i read that miracle 511 impregnator is good, but it is not available in malaysia

1st - what u want to do lar? Impregnator also got other brand.
Just Google. The problem with impregnator, not easily available found in hardware store coz it's to seal porus tiles (like a coating on surface), so water don't trap on it. Just try to see hard hard outside market, it's not exactly a common product like paint where ppl buy day in day out.


If want a specific brand, just call the local manufacturer and ask where it is available.

PYE Waterpruf Sealer - Colourless Silicone Waterproofer (1000ml), 1 L I sealed parents home 3 bathroom, my own home 1, still got half left. So far after 3 years stopped leaking!!

Consider Epoxy grouting which doesn’t need a sealer and its more wear resistant against scratches/liquid spills.
If using flat tiles can also opt for ‘marble gum’ which fills the gap to create a seamless no tile gap lines.
