Residential Land LTV, How much maximum?

Hi sifus,
Would like to know what is the normal LTV offered to residential land? Will it differ for subsale and auction purchases? Also, I asked about construction loan, seems like not all banks are offering this now? |

Auction I believe is still 70% LTV. Subsales u can negotiate to mark-up your SPA based on market price, so u pay lesser downpayment. |
