KUALA LUMPUR, NOV 10: Poultry producer and distributor Farmiera Bhd reported a revenue of RM460.1 million for the nine months ended Sept 30, 2025 (9MFY2025), ahead of its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on Nov 12.
The group posted a profit before tax (PBT) of RM9.7 million and a profit after tax (PAT) of RM5.4 million during the period, supported by steady contributions from its poultry farming and poultry processing segments, which recorded RM230.5 million and RM229.7 million in revenue, respectively.
For the third quarter ended Sept 30 (Q3FY2025), Farmiera registered a revenue of RM149.3 million, with a PBT of RM2.0 million and PAT of RM0.9 million.
Managing director and chief executive officer Hong How Seng said the group’s performance reflected the resilience of its poultry operations and consistent revenue growth across both key segments.
“As we approach our listing on the ACE Market, we remain focused on driving operational efficiency across the value chain, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in all our processes,” he said in a statement.
Farmiera’s listing will give it a market capitalisation of RM112.5 million, based on an enlarged issued share capital of 450 million shares and an initial public offering (IPO) price of RM0.25 per share.
Established in 2013, Farmiera operates 15 company-owned broiler farms and 44 contract farms across Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Pahang, and Melaka. It also runs two HALAL-certified processing plants in Ipoh and Lukut, supplying wholesalers and retailers nationwide.
