Just go survey which design u like. They will tell u which design is which grade wont cheat u

Ini brand doesn't keep tile stock for long. Good luck in finding replacement. With the usual brands, you can pretty much find here and there even after many years.

Guys like Jubin Cantik and the other one in Shah Alam are selling those niche tiles which are some hand made from Spain or Italy. Usually they have stocks like in batches only. Only those models that sells a lot, they keep more. If you want to be safe, just stick to normal brand like White Horse and Guocera. Yes, they are more expensive than the Chinese tiles but quality is quite different. The Nito Grinate, 2 years ago I was looking for tiles that is 10 years old in the market. Their entire stock is only at that seksyen 15 Shah Alam depot. Dig their depot on my own as their database said no longer available but I found 7 pieces on my own. Each also quite expensive like RM30-40 per piece. Then I figure maybe can use their current latest catalogue to find closest similar pattern, that also all not in stock or very little left.
