For all these old areas (>30 years old) A small tips if you want to see certain area for long term capital appreciation by survey how many houses already undergoing major renovation (including rebuild and change facade). 6996 liked this post

Always remember one thing… land appreciate… building depreciate.
Want to see long term capital appreciation, you need to control your mind (and emotion) and look over fancy facade/new factor. |
