Assuming 16 units per floor. 911 units = 57 floors + 10 floors for carpark? 1 + 1 level for facilities .. that’s almost a 70 storey building .. view from the roof must be spectacular

both leasehold, but velo2 connect to mall directly

But velo2 launched 4 years back, so now TR2 is priced reasonable
But too many condo surrounding velocity and all are similar in pricing

by that comparison, yeah its not as unreasonable.. that area really ballooned in demand for the past decade huh.
