After resign few months ago recently old company ex boss boss China company call back if want to relocate to Kuala Lumpur. House and transportation borne by him. She said if got any demand can mention to her and ask me to how much i want. This i suspect the word come from top boss as she said it so casually

Why i resign because too much overtime but this time she said wil be more less work compare previously. This boss is actually is manager to my previous boss. My previous boss answer to this boss which is second after biggest boss.

Anything i can demand? For sure i will ask if they will pay for one time cost to relocate to there

We can't help if u didn't share what's your last pay. If u say last pay 3k, then we say up 50%, that's only 4.5k.

I suggest up double if what u have now. If they can't then u ask what's the max they can. Then from there u up a bit more

That why i accept see how first. About 29% increase 3500 to 4500. What i see is higher living cost in KL. Bad traffic jam, every parking also need if i use motorcycle and toll road and food cost 30-40% more than my current place and budget to travel back every twice every month i estimate

If the living cost so high that my raise end up just using to cover the living cost at there then will just resign and go back. KL not really for human stay one till death

Well. I decide not asking for relocation cost since go there doesnt cost much to me. Lol i never ask anytinng from. They suddenly ask me to come back. I ask how much if work in KL. They just give this amount then ok lor just go.

The only demand i ask is once a month must give me saturday leave to go back my kampung.

I didnt demand much since i know this company quite flexible and actually plan to use this salary scale to look for job back in my kampung

China pek company as usual pusing and expected. Said KL now send to Johor Mah Chau Hai 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
