So TM sent me the new unifi plus black box and messaged me to install myself.

I just unplug all cable from old unifi white box and connect to new unifi black box.

Should be easy right?

But it gives me this message "Your ethernet cannot reach internet."

What is the problem?

If I connect back to the old white box, no issue. rclxub.gif

Do I need configure/change anything in my router ka?

Or this new black box can only connect using Wifi? sweat.gif

Port 4 is reserved for the old box
Use other ethernet ports or change the settings in the router

This will not make my tv stream slow and lag ka? If I also download big file at same time?

thought port 4 help separate the connection to avoid lag? sweat.gif

have you tried the other port? usually not noticeable
that port 4 uses different VLAN but the new box no longer uses that VLAN hence the issue

Yay, port 3 works, thank you all.

Hopefully will not make TV lag when I download same time on internet. haha
