students playing phone and talking during class, secondary school

I got my full time job .
as per my.friend invitation, I part time teach secondary school students (F1-F3) around AUGUST 2025 bcoz his teacher suddenly quit. During the class, those students are playing phone and talking. upon warning,still d same. they said previous teacher no stop them also. I felt that the whole situation is bad. can u guys give me some helpful opinion? |
