ofcoz u wouldnt go over 60. u r using 512, unless 1mb then u could get 70/80.

I use celcom broadband..HSPA..
download torrent from jiwang.cc n i get speed around 45kb/s..average..
use torrent client uTorrent 1.8 aplha..
but sometimes always dc..

whenever i open utorrent, my browsing speed will be slow, super slow..
dl speed also drop, but utorrent speed only 10-20kb

just downloaded the build 8682.. the speed far more better from the 1.7
when use 1.7 to download at afternoon only can get 2 - 3kb/s now can manage to get 20-30kb/s
