The flotilla mission has succeeded then. Since you are opening a thread here.

If you read the history of the flotilla, and the website, you will understand. The first mission was done as early in 2008.

Of course they already know they will be intercepted. They are doing it to raise awareness upon the world for this conflict. This is not just Malaysia alone, but multiple countries around the world.

The gaza people are living in an open prison , under occupation and beseiged .even before oct 7 2023. government of the world have failed the palestinians .

Hence the flotillas are sending a message to the palestinians, telling "you are not alone in this world" . It lifts their spirit .

OPEN prison ??
if you study the GAZA Agreement s . Rafah crossing under PA management was to be the international gateway.
WHY blame Israel. nod.gif

The events surrounding Israel's withdrawal from Gaza in 2005 involved several key agreements and a major unilateral plan.
The Israeli Disengagement Plan: This was the overall plan for Israel's unilateral withdrawal from all Israeli settlements and military forces in the Gaza Strip (and four settlements in the northern West Bank). It was proposed by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, adopted by the Cabinet in 2004, and officially approved by the Knesset as the Disengagement Plan Implementation Law in June 2004.

Agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA):

Agreement on Movement and Access (AMA): Signed on November 15, 2005, with the involvement of the Quartet (US, UN, EU, and Russia). This agreement aimed to improve Palestinian freedom of movement and economic activity, and included provisions for the opening of the Rafah Crossing on the Gaza-Egypt border.

Agreed Principles for Rafah Crossing: This was part of the AMA and detailed the operation of the Rafah crossing under Palestinian Authority control, with monitoring by the European Union
