the most people want and can afford to buy currently and in.d near future
please share ur opinion here too. Why current trend like that?
i mean MOST PEOPLE WILL AND AFFORD TO BUY

If I can afford I’ll definitely go for 1200 square feet minimum
But with the current price of condos and the maintenance fees, it’s most practical to get 900+

I agree, utility or storage room is such an overlooked part of a condo I’ve seen a few big units that are very good for own stay and are still not super expensive But once I see the maintenance fees hitting RM800 a month, I can’t say that it’s worth it anymore lol

Maintenance fee... if within RM 500 i am still ok. However, having a storage room is so so so essential, because at least got a proper place to keep stuffs.
