My friend based in PJ he hire 5k-6k for full time home driver and car is provided. They don't last long. Two back to back hiring within 4 months.

A full time Grab who drive 12-15 hours a day, on a good rate is close to that range before commission deduction. If you hire Grab daily, on peak hour and nobody willing to accept the job.
