hello

i am using free standing Zanussi ZCG932W cooker with built in electric oven

problem is how to see pointer at which location to set

180 degrees
or 150 degrees

also if i want 200 , where should i turn the knob?

210 and 240 is almost side by side lol,

appreciate any kind souls to help

Kinda obvious doesnt it each dot is represent increase of 30 from first 120 dot

Is it possible to be this incapable?

There are 6 labels and 6 dots. 210 is close to 240 cos of space constraints.

If you want 200, get a ruler. Measure the distance between 180 and 210. Divide that by 3. This will be your distance from 210 to 200. Then use the ruler to mark that distance from the 210.

to make your life easier, use this

The 210 should be also pointing at the dot la due to font space constraint. They're all spaced evenly by the dot dot

using some common sense
at clock hand 6 o'clock should be around 200C.
the 210 marker has no space to write next to the dot.

each dot represents 30 increments, isn’t hard to figure out. else just change to a digital oven if this bothers you.

there are many brands like this. I don't understand why they designed that way. some have the number far from the nearest dot which I find not logical. that 210 & 240 example of yours is a big failure. at least yours is equally spaced. some are not.

use common sense and just agak agak lah.... trust me it makes your life easier when it comes to cooking

for which temperature to set, that will be based on the recipe or what you are cooking

for 90% of baking, 180c is the temperature, eqiv to 350f

just turn the nob until the pointer is at 180

1 bar 30 degree. Agak agak je lar.

Look at the dot placement, not the number.

becos thermostat is non linear

Or buy an oven with indicators for every 10℃ from
100℃- 240℃.
