all depends on location....
advantage on landed, because in Malaysia... you can't go wrong with landed... it's like in our blood from generations.... you guy buy 5mil Condo also people won't up but 1mil+ landed can brings that sparks wow thingy in people mind.... |

None. No property can flip for 10-20% profit upon completion. You are lucky if you don't lose money. Landed can make money but have to hold for a few years at least.

depends on location, even if a condo, but the location is very strategic or the whole area only got 1 condo, then that condo got the chance of flip with profit Chady liked this post
