It's been nearly 2 years since I stopped taking any supplements. Prefer to get what my body needs from the foods I eat. Of course it takes more effort and cannot compare with the convenience of popping a pill...but am doing quite OK.

Waste of money buying C pills je. Just buy tomatos and have them raw. You'll get tons of C + lycopene + carotene.

Hard to prove, that’s why buying online got risk. No solid proof the pills came from that seller. Unless buy from physical shop, then only can report easier. Only can review.
