A new Project in the making by Matrix in Puchong, behind Everyday foodcourt, pilling has started!
Approximately 500m away from Pusat Bandar Puchong (SP25) LRT station. Can walk quite comfortably within the shoplots shades even if no covered walkway provided, although I would say it covers around 85% only!

After many years, the project revived?!
I will rather keep my money for the incoming project in IOI Rio.

Actually this is pretty common, many project have them just that it is not advertised.
Which project likes to be advertised as having bilik jenezah rclxub.gif

In that immediate vicinity there is actually 2plot of land fenced up by Matrix.
1 directly behind Everyday with Pilling started
1 is about 50m away slightly closer to Setia walk behind the Bomba. No activity yet

Probably phase 1 & 2 I guess

its a 20yrs 5200 acre project in sendayan, what do you expect. 12yrs in and they have completed 75% of the planned GDV in sendayan. quite a feat.
