Just downloaded this, and suprisingly, it's quite good for an anime that teaches about bacterias. It's somehow manage to be funny and informative at teh same time. Love how sawaki seems to cannot find his way in a deserted hall when searching for the illicit sake XD

interesting anime, it reminds me of that cartoon i saw on HBO. y'know the one about the white blood cell voiced by Chris Rock and the pill fighting germs and shit in Bill Murray's body.

1st thing i learn bout them is from the theatre, which lead me to getting that series, which later i found out its bout brewing anime, hence, on hiatus, only watch the end of the show just for this cute stuff

One of those less-hyped anime that are actually the better series in this season. Just watched episode 4, not much of microbe intro in this episode. Aspergillus Oryzae is cute.

Definately not. The bird sucking scene while is weird and gross, does tell you about fermenting and the ability of the Inuit's people to find alternatives to vegetation, that we have abundance in Asia.
