grandparents are people in the 60s, 70s, 80s. Sure have plenty of photo evidence of their lineage. (eg pics taken in 1970s, 1980s)

but in Msia, if you think this will go anywhere,
all you need to check is NRD is under which ministry

QUOTE(hcmalaya @ Oct 8 2025, 10:52 AM)
PETALING JAYA: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) will only act against the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) when all legal processes have been completed.
Possible sanctions include a points deduction for Malaysia’s national team in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers if FAM’s appeal to Fifa fails.

AFC secretary-general Windsor Paul John said the confederation would wait until FAM has exhausted every legal avenue before taking action against Harimau Malaya or local clubs fielding suspended players in the Malaysia League.

He said FAM has until March 31, 2026 — the final matchday of the Asian Cup qualifiers — to complete all appeals.

“AFC must wait until all legal processes are completed. Fifa’s disciplinary committee has issued its decision, and FAM’s next steps are to appeal to the Fifa appeals committee and then the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS),” Windsor told Harian Metro.

later during the course of appeal , uncover even greater involvement of leadership in the issue

then macam mana ? best is take the loss now, ask all of them to resign (still can save face to locals and say FIFA is foreign agent force them to resign etc etc you know the whole pony show) and start again .

Fine is just not enough lah.

Kasi ban je FAM and the national team from playing for 10 years.  (Let them miss at least 2x WC qualifying and other tournaments).  No friendlies allowed either.  Kasi cleanse the whole farking organization.

Kalau southern club kena pun ok jugak.  Heck hopefully the whole Malaysian League terus.  Kasi reset.

Let these be a black mark for Malaysian Football and hopefully in that 10 years, we learn our lesson.

Baru those in power will takut and the fans will be more cautious if any VVIP mau sentuh bola and not just support blindly  whistling.gif

should be ban unless the everyone people involved are prosecuted.

then lets see what political leadership say.

if ban saja, leadership will say colonialism, foreign interference etc etc you know la, but people involved still get no repercussion

political leadership can't do jack shit. If they intervene FIFA will ban MY even harder.

That's why FAM is so brazen, because they are an empire onto themselves.

political leadership and FAM = same same one.

just wayang a bit for FIFA

this is not politics anymore since NRD fraud is a crime.

the reason why FAM dare to do all this IS because of politics.

You have to prove FAM did the fraud.

and FIFA does not have to adhere to the usual rule. If gomen intervenes, FIFA will simply ban FAM.

And then PAS will kutuk PMX for getting Malaysia banned.

Unless you can name a politician from FAM who instruct the crime to be done, it's not because of politics.

meow meow is not part of politics.

PMX can smack down NRD like i have posted.

So prove it lo. Not hard right.

very very very very very very very hard

because msia have alot of untouchables and unmentionables

and laws and executive discretion are enforced to maintain that status quo

but once in a while, a non-msian western european party is involved, which allows us a splinter of transparency

right now, the ball is in FAM court's to show some transparency to publish these registration documents for public scrutiny.

so far, even some photos of the grandparents or testimony from relatives about having being born in Msia and travelling back to South America, also dun have

wedding photo sure have right ?

what about any records of the lives of the grandparents in msia ?

A South American family living and giving birth in Kuching in that era , is such a rare occurrence that surely their lives would have left some documented trace .

Akmal or Bersatu/Puas also diam je
Even Anwar also diam despite this is serious offence

Unless they think this is not as serious as Tiong arak case

Fyi, .......

https://www.commonlii.org/my/legis/const/1957/3.htmlConstitution of Malaysia
Article 19

(1) Subject to Clause (9), the Federal Government may, upon application made by any person of or over the age of twenty-one years who is not a citizen, grant a certificate of naturalization to that person if satisfied -

(a) that -

(i) he has resided in the Federation for the required periods and intends, if the certificate is granted, to do so permanently;

(ii) (Repealed).

(b) that he is of good character; and

© that he has an adequate knowledge of the Malay language. ...

(9) No certificate of naturalization shall be granted to any person until he has taken the oath (of allegiance) set out in the First Schedule.

= Does the Federal Government or Home Minister truly has the constitutional authority to grant exemption to the above constitutional requirement for residency and/or good character and/or knowledge of the Malay language  under Article 19 for the granting of citizenship via naturalization.?

What about the same exemptions under Article 14-18 & 22, ie granting of citizenship via operation of Law, registration and incorporation of territory.? .......
