PETALING JAYA: The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) will only act against the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) when all legal processes have been completed.
Possible sanctions include a points deduction for Malaysia’s national team in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers if FAM’s appeal to Fifa fails.

AFC secretary-general Windsor Paul John said the confederation would wait until FAM has exhausted every legal avenue before taking action against Harimau Malaya or local clubs fielding suspended players in the Malaysia League.

He said FAM has until March 31, 2026 — the final matchday of the Asian Cup qualifiers — to complete all appeals.

“AFC must wait until all legal processes are completed. Fifa’s disciplinary committee has issued its decision, and FAM’s next steps are to appeal to the Fifa appeals committee and then the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS),” Windsor told Harian Metro.

Fine is just not enough lah.

Kasi ban je FAM and the national team from playing for 10 years.  (Let them miss at least 2x WC qualifying and other tournaments).  No friendlies allowed either.  Kasi cleanse the whole farking organization.

Kalau southern club kena pun ok jugak.  Heck hopefully the whole Malaysian League terus.  Kasi reset.

Let these be a black mark for Malaysian Football and hopefully in that 10 years, we learn our lesson.

You have to prove FAM did the fraud.

and FIFA does not have to adhere to the usual rule. If gomen intervenes, FIFA will simply ban FAM.

And then PAS will kutuk PMX for getting Malaysia banned.

Unless you can name a politician from FAM who instruct the crime to be done, it's not because of politics.

= Does the Federal Government or Home Minister truly has the constitutional authority to grant exemption to the above constitutional requirement for residency and/or good character and/or knowledge of the Malay language  under Article 19 for the granting of citizenship via naturalization.?

What about the same exemptions under Article 14-18 & 22, ie granting of citizenship via operation of Law, registration and incorporation of territory.? .......
