Let's face it
- most phones you used having the same poor battery lasting
- you did mentioned heavy usage. You urself might be the only one who can benchmark on you own usage.
Maybe can start with few basic tuning. Lower down to 60fps, and tune down the brightness to you check if these features drain the battery power? Go thru what other things you done in your phone.
And no, if you play game or 3d game frequently, Nothing can last 12 hours for that. 3D gaming battery draining is basically random and unknown
