It is getting extremely annoying with grab driver registration,

PSV License | Lesen PSV: No PSV License. Please upload a full-color PSV License (not black & white) | Tiada lesen PSV. Sila muat naik lesen PSV penuh berwarna (bukan hitam putih).
Car Information | Butiran Kenderaan: Kindly re-upload your vehicle grant here AFTER obtaining your PSV License | Sila muat naik semula geran kenderaan anda selepas mendapatkan Lesen PSV anda.
Vehicle Insurance | Insuran Kenderaan: Kindly re-upload your Insurance Cover Note here AFTER obtaining your PSV License | Sila muat naik semula Nota Perlindungan Insurans anda selepas mendapatkan Lesen PSV anda.

Does anyone know what is wrong here? I have downloaded my car license from MyJPJ app and upload them but nothing is working so far.
I also uploaded the car geran and vehicle insurance.
