Recently management send me a billing. Asking to pay RM402 to replace damaged water tank stand.
When i googled, the AI say supposed to be bear by Management. Is it true?

Cuz somehow during AGM, the chairman actually agree it supposed to be borne by owner instead.
I din attend the AGM cuz i missed out the notice.

you will need to pay if agm result is like that.

first is the management have enough fund to run? Or sinking fund? if your flat low cost flat, probably a lot of owner nvr pay the maintenance.

no enough fund then need to ask owner bear :X

But if by law, by default who shall bear 1st?

By law doesnt applicable for low cost flat unfortunately.
You may stand firm and correct on you position but in the end of the day only those affected will pay,
Deep inside you already know you can choose not to pay but you dont want to be selfish

if no fix, if the tangki collapse, everyone no water to use also.

you can don't pay, but it will bill to your management account, no pay means you will need pay the interest.

nothing is by default after jmb. meeting and vote are done, so will just follow the course.
